🔐 How Does It Work?

• After the seller delivers the CS2 skin to you, the payment is held securely under ByNoGame Buyer Shield for 8 days.
• This period is identical to Steam’s Trade Protection duration and ensures your skin is protected until it can no longer be reversed.
• Once the 8 day period ends and the trade becomes irreversible, the payment is automatically transferred to the seller’s account.

2️⃣ Click on the relevant order.

3️⃣ Click on Apply to ByNoGame Buyer Shield and easily submit your request.

✅ 🛡️ What Happens When You Apply for “ByNoGame Buyer Shield”?

As soon as we receive your request, we prioritize and review your transaction. If we confirm that the seller has canceled the trade offer, the payment held under ByNoGame Buyer Shied will be promptly refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet.

🛡️ What Does “ByNoGame Buyer Shield” Mean for Sellers?

Sales made on ByNoGame are protected by a double-layered system that safeguards both buyers and sellers.

• Once you deliver the skin, the buyer’s payment is securely held in the ByNoGame Secure Pool for 7 (+1) days.
• The buyer cannot withdraw this payment. Your earnings are 100% secured and guaranteed by ByNoGame.
• As soon as Steam’s 8 day Trade Protection period ends, your sales revenue will be automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet.

💡 You don’t need to take any further action during this process.

Your only responsibility is to send the trade offer via Steam and not cancel it during the 8 day period. That’s all.

💸 I Made a Sale. When Will I Receive My Payment?

When you sell a CS2 skin:

• The buyer makes the payment, and this amount is transferred to the ByNoGame Secure Pool.
• You successfully complete the skin trade.
• Steam’s 8 day Trade Protection period begins.
• Once the 8 days are over, the trade can no longer be reversed.
• After that, your earnings will be automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet.

Can the Buyer withdraw the amount pending in the ByNoGame Secure Pool?

• NO. The Buyer cannot withdraw the payment. Your money is 100% under ByNoGame guarantee and is held for you for 8 days.
• What happens if the BUYER cancels a trade that is under trade protection? What are ByNoGame’s penalties?
• ATTENTION! All your protected trades will be canceled, all skins with an ongoing trade protection period will be returned, and your account will receive a 30-day trade ban; you will also be unable to transact on the Steam Community Market.
• In such a case, ByNoGame may temporarily/permanently suspend this membership.
• ByNoGame deducts 25% of the product amount from the BUYER as a transaction security fee and transfers it to the SELLER’s wallet to remedy the SELLER’s loss.
• ByNoGame charges the BUYER a service fee equal to 10% of the amount of the product purchased.

Update (22.09.2025): The transaction security fee rate has been increased from 5% to 25%.

What should I do if the BUYER cancels a trade that is under trade protection?

From the Sales & Listings page, click Details for the relevant sale. You can inform us by clicking the Flag icon at the bottom right or by following these steps: Create Support Ticket > Report a Problem > About the Buyer.

• As soon as your application reaches us, we prioritize and review your transaction.
• If we confirm that the buyer has canceled the trade offer, 15% of the amount pending in ByNoGame Buyer Protection will be deducted as a transaction security fee and will be refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet as soon as possible.
• Additionally, as a punitive measure, ByNoGame may temporarily or permanently suspend the BUYER’s membership.

🔐 What is ByNoGame Buyer Shield?

• The buyer’s payment is first deducted from their ByNoGame Wallet.
• This amount is then placed in the ByNoGame Secure Pool for safekeeping.
• Even after you deliver the skin, the payment remains under protection.
• Once the 8 day period is complete, the system automatically transfers the payment to you.

In other words, the buyer has no option to reverse or withdraw the payment.

Your earnings are 100% secured and guaranteed.
